The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (2185) dated 29/10/1425H on request to approve Tariff reduction for India and Pakistan, in accordance with what was stated in the above mentioned letter of the Company in regard to the justifications for this reduction.

Approval for the Saudi Telecommunications Company to reduce Tariff for India and Pakistan in accordance with the Tariff Proposal attached with the above mentioned letter of the Company and the application of this reduction shall start as of 01/01/2005.
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act accordingly to this Decision from the date of its issuance.
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.
