The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1224) dated 06/06/1426H on request for approving provisioning of a new bundle of mobile (Jawal 25) and amendment of call Tariffs for other bundles, International SMS and amendment of Tariffs and subscription in prepaid service (SAWA) in addition to provisioning of  SAWA Friends and Families Services.

(Decides the following)

Article One:
1. Postponing the approval to provide a new mobile bundle (Jawal 25), amendment of calls Tariffs for other bundles, International SMS, and amendment of Tariffs and subscription in prepaid service (SAWA) until the Company implements the Commission Decision related to Accounting Separation Policy and explaining the principles for the Company proposals.
2. Approval for provisioning SAWA Friends and Families Services in accordance with the Tariffs shown in Annex No. (1).

Article Two:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw. 

Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
