Chapter 7 : Interconnection

Article Twenty-eight:

The Commission shall establish the terms governing public networks access rights, the interconnection points and the interconnected operators’ obligations.

Article Twenty-nine:

 

Each operator has the right to negotiate with other operators the agreements for interconnection with their telecommunications networks and services.

 

Article Thirty:

 

In the event that the concerned parties fail to reach an interconnection agreement according to Article Twenty-nine, they have the right to submit a request to the Commission to settle the dispute. The Commission decision is binding on all parties.
