- In case there is a complaint regarding a service, bill protest, or an unsatisfying service, a complaint must be submitted to the service provider first, with accordance to telecom act and its Bylaw. If the service provider does not solve the complaint or find a satisfying solution, the complainant have the right to address the CITC with his complaint where he must assign all demands regarding the complaint or disagreement with the service provider. There is a special form for complaints that can be found through the related link at the CITC website.
- The CITC has issued the resolution No. (195.1429H) dated 11/03/1429H that includes the CITC Approval of the Terms of Service documents for Mobile, Fixed, Data and Internet Services including general terms and conditions by which companies provide communication services. terms of service can be found on service provider's websites.
- Service providers should not cut off or modify the provided service while a related complaint is being dealt with by the service provider or the CITC unless a decision is reached.
