Quality of Service and Coverage

CITC has updated the QoS regime to include indicators for mobile, fixed and Internet services for End-Users as well as for Wholesale and Interconnect Services. These indicators are part of an updated, comprehensive scheme that defines mechanisms for reporting, publication, monitoring, auditing, noncompliance and dispute resolution, among many others. Decision No 229/1430 , dated  4/10/1430 AH,  has been issued.
