The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) announces that it has published on its website:

The technical specifications for ICT equipment will be used as the technical basis for authorizing such equipment. In order to manage new technology introduction, to ensure smooth importation of ICT equipment, and to avoid additional costs resulting from multiple specifications, CITC has reviewed and updated the current technical specifications and drafted new technical specifications for additional ICT equipment.
The CITC would like to invite and encourage the public and interested parties to submit their views on the above-mentioned Public Consultation before 3:00 PM (KSA time) on Wednesday 19/09/1430H (09/09/2009G) to the following addresses:
