Pursuant to the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the CITC Board of Directors Decision in its meeting No. 71 dated 4/9/1431 H and in accordance with the work benefit requirements, protection of public interest
The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of the publication of the Regulatory Framework Document related to Designation of Markets and Dominance in the Telecom Sector attached to this decision.
Article Two
This decision shall be communicated to all parties concerned to act accordingly.
