CITC’s decree on STC to provide MMS services

The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (1212) dated 05/06/1426H on request for approval for provisioning Multimedia messaging Services (MMS) Service with other networks working in the Kingdom other than Saudi Telecommunications Company network and also the Networks working in other countries, and amendment of the Tariff for Mawjood and Mawjood Extra Services in accordance with the Tariff attached within the above mentioned letter of the Company.

(Decides the following)
Article One:
Approval for provisioning Multimedia messaging Services (MMS) with other networks working in the Kingdom other than Saudi Telecommunications Company Network, also the Networks working in other countries, and approval of Tariff proposed amendment for Mawjood and Mawjood Extra Services in accordance with the Tariff shown in Annex No. (1).
Article Two: 
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish these amendments pursuant to the Provisions of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw. 
Article Three:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
