The Communications, Space &Technology Commission (CST) announced “Mobily" as the winner of the Customer Experience Award 2023 for fixed and mobile communications ( voice and internet) for individuals. The award aims at enhancing customers experience, developing services, and promoting competitiveness among service providers in Saudi Arabia. 


The award is granted according to several standards, including the results of the customer satisfaction index, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score, and Indication of Escalated complaint.  


The award stems from CST efforts in promoting positive competiveness among service providers, hence improving the sector services and enhancing customer experience based on the best international practices related to the service quality. ​
