The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (2251) dated 14/11/1424H on the request for approval to change Fixed Telephone Service Billing Collection Cycle to be issued every two months instead of three months and making some amendments in Services Tariff Table provided by the Saudi Telecommunications Company for the Fixed Telephone in Item No. (10.1.2) and Item No. (10.1.7) as stated in the above mentioned letter of the Company and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,
(Decides the following):

Article One:
Approving the Saudi Telecommunications Company to change Fixed Telephone Service Billing Collection Cycle to be issued every two months instead of three months and also approving to amend Item No. (10.1.2) and Item No. (10.1.7) as attached in the Tariff Page attached with this Decision.

Article Two: 
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act according to this Decision from the date of its issuance.

Article Three: 
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall be mandated to publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.

Article Four: 
​This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.​
