The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 230/TC dated 26/5/1428 H, regarding Approval of Addition of New Speeds and Amendment of The Following Internet Services from Saudi Data:
- Internet National Backbone Access Service
- Filtered Internet International Access Service
- Filtered Internet International Internet Service,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One
Approval of Addition of New Speeds and Amendment of The Following Internet Services from Saudi Data:
- Internet National Backbone Access Service
- Filtered Internet International Access Service
- Filtered Internet International Internet Service
as per the tariff set out in Annex (1).
Article Two
STC shall publish these Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Three
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
