The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, and after reviewing Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw , and after reviewing what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. 27110 dated 16/6/1431 H and letter No. 50715 dated 19/11/1431 H, regarding Approval of Tariff Amendment of Corporate FDIIA Plus,
Hereby decides as follows
Article One
Approval of Tariff Amendment of Corporate FDIIA Plus as per the tariff set out in Annex (1).
Article Two
STC shall offer additional discount of 20% of the tariff set out in Annex (1) as of 1/4/2011 G.
Article Three
STC shall publish these Amendments pursuant to Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Four
This decision shall be communicated to STC and all parties concerned to act accordingly.
