CITC’s decree on Etihad Etisalat to provide (3G) mobile services

The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, with the powers he holds, and pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, the Council of Ministers Decision No. (189) dated 23/06/1425H approving the License for establishing a Saudi Stock Company under the name of "Etihad Etisalat" and the Royal Decree No. (M/40) dated 02/07/1425H approving the above mentioned Council of Ministers Decision and the Council of Ministers Decision No. (190) dated 23/06/1425H approving the License for Etihad Etisalat to install and operate Third Generation Mobile Network (3G) with its all elements and provisioning of all its services on the local, national and international level through his own network, as stated in the proposal submitted from him and in accordance with the details mentioned in the above mentioned Council of Ministers Decisions and in accordance with the work benefit requirements,​
 (Decides the following)

Article One:
Issuance of License for Etihad Etisalat Company to install and operate Third Generation Mobile Network (3G) and provisioning of all its services on the local, national and international level through his own network, in accordance with the attached form.
Article Two: 
This Decision shall be communicated to Etihad Etisalat and the concerned parties to act according to it as of the date of the date of its issuance.
