CITC decree on Service express telegraph and consider human telegraphs

The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, pursuant to what was stated in the Telecommunications Act, its Bylaw and the Ordinance of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, after reviewing what was stated in Chapter Seven of the Telecommunications Bylaw, and to what was stated in the letter of Saudi Telecommunications Company No. (503) dated 08/03/1426H on request for approval for provisioning customer requested express telegraph service and consider telegraphs for human purposes e.g.( Life Saving, and medical evacuation request) at no charge.

(Decides the following)
Article One: 
Approval of provisioning of customer requested express telegraph service and consider human telegraphs e.g.( Life Saving, and medical evacuation request) at no charge.
Article Two: 
Apply regular service Tariff on the customer if the express telegraph not been delivered in due time.
Article Three:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall act according to this Decision from the date of its issuance.
Article Four:
The Saudi Telecommunications Company shall publish the approved amendments pursuant to the Terms of Article Forty Eight of the Telecommunications Bylaw.
Article Five:
This Decision shall be communicated to Saudi Telecommunications Company and the concerned parties to act accordingly.
