An appeal may be filed to the Board of Grievances within (30) days of the date of notification of the decision.

The Committee may issue its decision in the event that a person against whom a violation is alleged fails to respond to the notice served to him with regard to that violation.

The Committee has the competence to consider violations that fall within the scope of the Communications Law and its Implementing Regulations and CITC’s regulations

•Creating, selling, promoting, or using prepaid calling cards in violation of the controls and instructions issued by the Board

•Damaging, interfering with, cutting off, or making illegal use of public telecommunications networks; disrupting communications; or preventing the exchange of information in general.
