How long is the period of appeal against a decision issued by the Committee?

An appeal may be filed to the Board of Grievances within (30) days of the date of notification of the decision.

Is the Committee entitled to issue its decision in case of failure to respond to a violation?

The Committee may issue its decision in the event that a person against whom a violation is alleged fails to respond to the notice served to him with regard to that violation.
