Up until April 25, 2011, CITC received 294 license requests for wireless devices on ships. These requests included 159 new license applications, cancelling 12 licenses, and renewing 123 licenses.
Note: The requests were received through the main headquarters in Riyadh, as well as through CITC’s Eastern and Western regional branches.
