​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This report was prepared in accordance with Royal Decree number 53703 dated ( 19/12/1433 H), which emphasized the obligation of all ministries and government bodies to conform to article 29 of the Council of Ministers Rules issued under Royal Decree A/13, dated (3/3/1414 H), and also the requirements of article 16 of the organization of CST. This report covers the achievements of CST​ along with suggestions for overcoming challenges.​
