In order to provide a developed ICT services with high quality, to improve the experience of ICT users in line with the latest developments in this vital sector, and to promote fair competition and to protect the public interest and the interests of users and investors, CITC is pleased to announce that it has published a Public Consultation document on the updated Quality of Service Framework and invites all members of the public, including individuals, public organizations and commercial entities (together, the “Participants”) to participate in this process.
In order to provide structure to the process, the consultation includes a series of questions. Participants are invited to provide their views also answers to these questions along with any related comments. CITC encourages Participants to support their comments with relevant data, analysis, benchmarking studies and information. CITC is under no obligation to adopt the comments of any Participant.
All comments must be received by CITC no later than 3.00 p.m. on 09/09/1438 H, corresponding to 04/June /2017 G.
