ON THE REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR "LICENSING OF PUBLIC FIXED SERVICES IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA”.
The Communications and Information Technology Commission ("CITC") announced earlier this year its intention to issue new licenses for Fixed Services. In that context, and in accordance with statutes and other applicable laws, the CITC is developing the Request for Applications (RFA) process, the draft license and the licensing criteria.
This Public Notice ("PN") is issued by the CITC in order to invite interested parties to participate in the Public Consultation process, and comment on the proposed RFA process, draft license and licensing criteria to be adopted by the CITC in the future licensing of Fixed Telecommunications services.
