The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) was ranked second among government agencies in the Kingdom according to the list of "Best Saudi Work Environment for 2021" by the global organization Great Place to Work. This ranking is a result of a global methodology applied in more than 60 countries around the world, with the participation of various government and private agencies in the Kingdom.

The commission obtained this ranking in return of its dedication to putting employees' safety first during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as supporting its staff in performing their work remotely without any difficulties. In addition to developing high transparency, professionalism, and innovation in the work place.

This ranking embodies CITC's care and attention to the work environment and its adoption of a modern strategy that supports its human resources, and contributes to maintaining its working talents and providing an attractive and safe work environment.​​
